NEW Limited Edition LE Pelikan M101N Red Tortoiseshell Fountain Pen Fine F Nib
I will be listing quite a few fountain pens over time, as I go through my collection to get rid of ones that I will never end up using. The Pelikan Tortoiseshell Red Fountain Pen follows a line of special edition M101N fountain pens, the M101N Lizard and M101N tortoiseshell brown. This third edition features a barrel made from the typical Pelikan cellulose acetate to create a unique tortoise shell pattern. The cap and portions of the barrel feature red resins with gold colored accents.
The pen comes in an attractive gift box with a bottle of Pelikan 4001 royal blue ink. The Pelikan M101N Tortoise Shell Red Fountain Pen comes with a 14k gold nib and a piston fill mechanism.
The pen has a small yellow ink viewing window towards the front of the barrel. This means that there may be residual ink from that, and the pen is still new and was not used by me. That means no ink touched beyond the nib and feed from the dip testing. This comes from a non-smoking and dog-friendly home. However, the dogs are not allowed upstairs where my pens are stored.
